Cancellation Policy
We value each client and your time and we make the necessary effort in prepping for your service. We do understand that things and situations can occur but communication is key.All appointments must be canceled 24 hours before your appointment time or 80% of the cost of the service will be chargedto the card on file.
No Show Policy
Here at Innergy Wellness we do understand that emergencies occur and we value our clients time and business but we do have to prep for each client service which takes up time and in some cases products. All No-Show visits will result in your card being charged the full amount of the service to the card on file.
